Excitement outweighed the cold this brisk Saturday! Many exciting reports came in as many braved the cold for the early ice bite and it did not disappoint. Multiple walleye’s from multiple year classes caught in abundance along the first break (10-13′) out front of the Red Door Resort. Reports of 20-25 fish being caught in a few hours was not uncommon and the excitement and enthusiasm of the guests was contagious. A great start to the season to say the least!
