For the 2026–2027 season, fish house lots are $1,950 per year paid in full by April 1, two payments of $1,050 (April 1 and October 1), or $195 per month by automatic ACH. Skid house sites add a $250 North Mille Lacs Ice Fishing pull fee. Winter-only fish house storage is $900 per year.
